Whether made to have cold or as a tea, you may have heard of it as zobo in Nigeria, sobolo in Ghana, wunjo in Gambia, bissap/bissab in Ivory Coast, Senegal and Sierra Leone, as well as other parts of west Africa and sorrel in the Caribbean and hibiscus in variety of English speaking countries.Our recipe will leave you in love with the drink.
